As part of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are focusing on promoting recycled textile materials and developing environmentally friendly textiles. We actively advocate use of recycled textile materials in the textile industry, including apparel materials for the fashion industry, household goods such as furniture and home décor, and industrial materials for automobiles and aircraft. We will further develop and propose recycled textile materials in cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers.
More and more environmentally friendly materials are also under development. By providing more environmentally friendly products through this effort, our aim is to contribute to a sustainable society.
It is our commitment to address environmental issues by proposing and expand use of recycled textile materials and environmentally friendly materials. By providing these materials, we contribute to development of the industry and realization of a prosperous society.

We are actively working to reduce waste by providing environmentally friendly products and services and increasing the proportion of recycled textile materials used. We also look across the supply chain and build partnerships and collaborations to create sustainable business models.
Replacement of existing products with environmentally friendly products is promoted in our company. Various recycled materials are combined to provide customers with new environmentally friendly materials. Products using these materials are gradually spreading not only in Japan but also overseas. We will continue to develop new environmentally friendly materials by combining recycled and bio-based materials and deliver them to our customers.
We handle synthetic leather and PVC leather base materials. It has various applications such as car seats, sofas, bags, and shoes. Using a wide variety of natural and synthetic materials, our partner manufacturers consistently produce them from raw yarns and treat them as needed.
We handle a variety of textile materials, mainly for bags, shoes, and miscellaneous goods. Used in brand products in diverse fields, we source a broad range of textile materials from both Japan and overseas and treat them for adding functions to meet our customers’ needs. We are also expanding into the field of nursing care and health.
We handle textiles and products for apparel companies. Our original multi-use materials of our own brand “MU-TECH®” are also available in different colors. We can also supervise OEM manufacturing of sportswear, casual apparel, and other products.
MU-TECH® is the generic name for original textile materials produced and sold by Muratacho. Our company’s original textile material “MU-TECH ®” is used in shirts and bags made by world-class high brands, as well as other items of sports and outdoor brands.
